Naturally Sweet & Energizing Smoothie
Naturally sweet, refreshing, and packed with energy—this smoothie is the perfect start to your day or a post-workout pick-me-up!
Ingredients
✔️ 1 frozen banana, sliced
✔️ 3–4 Marvelous Medjool dates, pitted
✔️ 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
✔️ A handful of ice
✔️ A pinch of cinnamon
Directions
1️⃣ Blend It All
Add the frozen banana slices, Medjool dates, milk, ice, and cinnamon to a blender.
2️⃣ Blend Until Smooth
Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
3️⃣ Serve & Enjoy
Pour into a glass, top with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired, and enjoy immediately!
