Ingredients
✔️ 8–10 Marvelous Medjool dates, pitted
✔️ 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
✔️ 1 cup whipping cream
✔️ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
✔️ ½ cup condensed milk
✔️ Extra Marvelous Medjool dates for topping (sliced)
Directions
1️⃣ Blend the Dates
In a blender, combine the pitted Medjool dates and milk. Blend until smooth.
2️⃣ Whip the Cream
In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form.
3️⃣ Add Flavors
Add the vanilla extract and condensed milk to the whipped cream and continue to whip until well combined.
4️⃣ Mix the Date Mixture
Gently fold in the blended date and milk mixture into the whipped cream. Mix until fully incorporated.
5️⃣ Freeze the Ice Cream
Transfer the mixture into a container suitable for freezing. Cover and freeze overnight or for at least 6 hours.
